Name the session, then set how many spots there are, what one costs, and when it happens.

This is the name your people will see.
Only paid spots count toward this.
$1 per paid spot, on top of normal card fees. No monthly bill.
This appears on the participant link and your public session page.
Your Instagram profile or another page participants can use to reach you. This is public.
Your people see the day and time in this zone.
Someone can release their own spot right up to the start, and their payment becomes a credit toward your next session. Deadlines you set yourself are coming. Until then, anything else is yours to settle directly.
Live cards are not enabled here yet.

Cards aren’t live yet. You can prepare the session. No paid spot can be held yet. We never ask for an SSN in this form.

Before you set one up

Can I change the day, time or place later?

Yes. Save the change once and the session page updates, along with the calendar of everyone who paid. Everyone keeps their spot.

What if I have to call the whole thing off?

Every paid spot is released and recorded as a credit toward your next one. Nothing goes back to a card automatically, so if someone would rather have their money back than a credit, that is yours to settle with them directly.

Can someone cancel their own spot?

Yes, and it works the same way: their spot is released and their payment becomes a credit rather than an automatic refund. The credit is recorded separately. Using it on a later session is not automatic yet. If you arrange a successful refund in Stripe, that credit is void.

What happens when it fills up?

The page stops taking payments and offers a waitlist instead. A waitlist entry holds nothing and charges nothing — if a spot opens, that person pays for it then.

What counts toward the total spots?

Only spots someone paid for. An “I’m in” sitting in your messages never takes one, so the number you see is the number who actually paid.
